Accreditations

W N Powell & Sons Ltd are members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), Gas Safe, NAPIT, Part P Electrical, Electrical Contractors Association (ECA), FENSA and are also on the Safe Trader Scheme register.

In 2007, W N Powell & Sons Ltd were successful in their application to be included onto the Constructionline Approved Contractors register, the UK register of qualified construction services which is a public/private partnership between the Department of Environment, Transport & the Regions and Capita.

W N Powell & Sons Ltd also became Accredited Contractors to the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (or CHAS as it is more commonly known) in 2008 and have successfully retained this accreditation since this date. CHAS is linked to Constructionline and is responsible for ensuring our compliance with all the required health & safety regulations. 

To help us maintain our compliance, W N Powell & Sons Ltd retain the services of an external health & safety consultant from QHS Solutions Ltd in Burnley who regularly update us on all health & safety issues.
